We understand how important it is to get your business-critical customers to visit you at an event and more importantly, ensure they come and see you on YOUR stand and NOT become ‘side-tracked’ by your competitor’s.

FESPA, in conjunction with Priority Event Check-In Services, now offers a secure, customer-centric, dedicated concierge service that delivers your business-critical guests directly from the entrance hall of the show to your stand - maintaining their integrity and protecting them from your competitors.

From the moment your V.I.P. customer arrives at the show they will enjoy our premier service, welcoming them in the same manner they will have come to expect from any other 5 star greeting service. Once your guest has made themselves known to a member of our team they are led to their exclusive registration area well away from the main entry concourse. There we will telephone you personally to confirm their arrival, allowing you time to prepare. We then personally chaperone each V.I.P. customer directly to your stand.

How it works
As part of the service we will produce an individually branded registration web page for your company, from here your guests can register their attendance at FESPA 2010 with the minimum of fuss. We will ask your V.I.P. guest to provide only the minimum contact information; there are no lengthy forms to fill out as you already hold all of their data. And don’t worry – any data we do collect belongs exclusively to you, it will not be passed to any third parties and will only ever be used by us to promote future  FESPA events*.

Once registered your guest will receive a personalised email response containing detailed instructions of where they can find their VIP check-in area.
