Airport Shuttle Bus

FESPA has arranged daily shuttle buses to provide service between the airport and the Messe Munich Trade Fair Centre for visitors to FESPA 2010.

Buses will operate between the 22nd - 26th June.

Tickets can be purchased at the airport or on the bus.
The fare is Euro 7,50 for a single journey and Euro 12,00 for a return journey.

TimesShuttle buses will depart every 30 minutes and travel non-stop to and from the fairgrounds. The trip takes approximately 45.

Bus Stop Locations
Airport - Shuttle buses stop directly in front of Terminal 1, Area A (00 and 30) and Area Z (Central Area), and in front of Terminal 2. Click Here to see overview of shuttle bus stops. 

Exhibition Centre - Shuttle buses stop directly in front of the North, East and West Entrances and in front of the ICM Congress Centre. Click Here to see overview of shuttle bus stops.

The buses will be branded "FESPA".

Taxis
There are several Taxi ranks located directly outside the Munich Airport. Taxis from the Munich Airport to the Messe Munich Trade Fair Centre take around 35 minutes. Click Here for more information

By Train
There are direct connections to Munich from all European cities. The Messe Munich is 20 minutes from Munich Central Station (Hauptbahnhof); take line U2 to Messestadt West.

From the airport, take the S8 line to ‘Ostbahnhof’, transfer to the U5 toward ‘Neuperlach Süd’ and disembark at the next station ‘Innsbrucker Ring’ where you collect line U2 to Messestadt West. We recommend purchasing a day ticket.

By Car

You can park at Car Park West, next to Entrance West of the Messe Munich.

If you are travelling by car make note that, since October 2008 the city of Munich is a low emission zone. You will need to collect an Emissions Sticker to travel in low emission zone.

Messe München GmbH and DEKRA Automobil GmbH have set up a service point for visitors. Emissions stickers may be purchased at DEKRA for EUR 5.00. Click here for more information.

Road Signs
To arrive at Messe Munich by car simply follow the Messe München signs from the outskirts and throughout the city to the Messe (MMG).
